What is Ipoh Ho Liao?
We are a day-tour company in Ipoh run with local content creators. You pick a guide, pick a package, book a date, and get a Ho Liao Pass QR for your stops.
What is the difference between Explorer, Discovery, and Prestige?
Explorer (RM99 / person) is self-guided with a creator-built route and Ho Liao Pass. Discovery (RM249 / person) is a full day with the creator in a small group. Prestige (RM549 / group up to 5) is a private day with pickup, live itinerary changes, and a reel from the creator. Each higher tier includes everything below it.
What is the Ho Liao Pass?
One QR that comes with every booking. Use it for tickets and entries on your day: ETS, kopi stops, temples, museums, boats, and more. No paper stubs, no queueing twice. You can even add Ho Liao Pass in your Apple Wallet.
Are the guides real Ipoh locals?
Yes. Danial, Haiqal, Uzzair, Fendy, Swathe, and Apeng live here and run the tours themselves. You book a person, not a random agency roster.
How do I book?
Open a guide page, pick Explorer / Discovery / Prestige, choose a date and party size, then pay on the checkout page. A human confirms within the hour and your pass is ready.
Is payment real?
Checkout on the site is a demo payment for now. No real card is charged. Staff still get your lead and confirm on WhatsApp.
How many people can join?
Explorer and Discovery are priced per person. Discovery groups stay small (max 8). Prestige is priced per group for up to 5 people.
What if I need to change the date or cancel?
Message us on WhatsApp after booking. We reshuffle when the guide still has an open day. Same-day no-shows are harder to move.
Do you invent prices or stops?
No. Packages, prices, and places stay on the list we publish. If something is closed that day, your guide swaps within the same niche.
Can I just chat first?
Yes. Use the Ho Liao chat on the site. It helps you pick a guide and package, then points you to book. You can also ask to talk to a human anytime.
